Find the right service and the right team.
BINA PATHWAYS LTD helps organisations find care, healthcare and education support staff. We also operate Bina Pathways Academy for online learning and theory assessment. Start with our services, joining the team or training, depending on what you need.
BINA stands for Belonging, Individuality, Nurture and Advocacy. These values guide our approach to the people receiving support, our workers and the organisations we work with. Read about our purpose and values.
We welcome enquiries from England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Suitable staff availability is confirmed for each location, role and assignment. Tell us your postcode, setting and dates so we can assess your request.
Use training@binapathways.co.uk for courses, Academy accounts, certificates and employer training; recruitment@binapathways.co.uk for applications and onboarding; booking@binapathways.co.uk for staffing and shifts; and payroll@binapathways.co.uk for pay queries. General business questions go to admin@binapathways.co.uk.
Call 07400 427281 or use the relevant team email. You can also send a service-specific enquiry. Include a booking, application, order or course reference where you have one so the team can find the right record.
No. An enquiry starts a conversation. Staffing availability, suitability, rates and assignment terms need confirmation before work begins. A training enquiry does not take payment or purchase a licence; check the course or plan and purchasing terms before placing an order.
Our registered office is Apartment 02, 101 Silvester Street, Liverpool, L5 8AB. Please contact us before visiting. The website focuses on staffing for organisations; if you are enquiring as an individual or family, explain what support is needed and we will confirm whether we can assist before any arrangement is agreed.
Plan suitable care, healthcare and education cover.
Our published services cover support workers, nurses, carers and teaching assistants. Describe the role, setting, duties and experience you need. We will discuss suitability, relevant checks and availability rather than assuming one worker can undertake every type of assignment. Explore the roles.
We welcome staffing enquiries from services supporting children and young people, adults and older people. Tell us about the age group, communication and support needs, staffing responsibilities and supervision. Relevant experience, safeguarding checks and competence must match the assignment.
We welcome enquiries involving these needs, including autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, mental health needs, dementia and complex support. Explain the specific duties, communication approaches, support plans and training required without sending identifiable care records through the public form. Availability and suitability are assessed for the particular assignment.
Yes, schools can enquire about classroom, one-to-one, small-group and SEND support. Include the age group, duties, working pattern, relevant experience and supervision arrangements. The school and Bina must agree the required checks, safeguarding reporting route and local induction before the placement starts. Read about education support.
Provide the setting, postcode, role, number of workers, dates, start and finish times, and whether cover is a single shift or a longer pattern. Include essential experience, qualifications or practical competencies, break arrangements and the contact responsible for induction. Use the staffing enquiry form to review your details before sending.
Call 07400 427281 with the role, location and shift time, and confirm someone has received your request. We will assess suitable staff availability and tell you whether cover can be provided. A submitted form or portal request is not a guarantee that a worker has been assigned.
Ask for written confirmation of the hourly charge, chargeable hours, paid or unpaid breaks, any enhancements, mileage or expenses, cancellation arrangements and payment terms. These details depend on the proposed assignment and agreement. Check them before confirming cover or changing an existing booking.
Ask for the relevant clearance summary and evidence appropriate to the role, such as identity, right to work, references, training, professional registration and eligible criminal-record checks. Procurement teams can also discuss insurance, policies, data handling and business continuity. Agree a secure sharing route for private documents; framework or approved-supplier status must be established separately.
Agree the setting’s induction, supervision, care or support information, escalation contacts and required practical sign-off before work starts. The worker must have the verified competence and authorisation needed for the specific task. Online training or recruitment clearance alone does not authorise a clinical procedure or remove the setting’s own responsibilities.
Understand applications, evidence and clearance.
Visit current vacancies, choose a suitable advertised role and location, and submit the requested contact details and CV. Check your email for recruitment messages and further steps. Use your own accurate details so your application and documents can be matched correctly.
Contact recruitment@binapathways.co.uk to ask about current recruitment, or check Careers again for newly advertised roles. Please wait for a relevant vacancy or a specific request before sending a CV or identity documents. An unsuccessful application is not automatically added to a talent pool.
The team reviews your application and CV. If selected to continue, you will receive information about an initial call, interview or evidence needed for the role. The published joining process says an initial-call email will give a follow-up timetable; if that timetable passes, reply to that recruitment email with your application reference.
An interview result is one part of recruitment. Required documents, references, right-to-work evidence, training and role-specific checks still need review, alongside the applicable employment and assignment terms. Wait for clearance and a confirmed assignment before attending work.
The requested pack depends on your role and setting. It may include identity and right-to-work evidence, application and employment history, references, health or driver declarations, relevant qualifications and training, bank details, an HMRC starter checklist, and policy or contract acknowledgements. Follow your personal onboarding links and ask recruitment about any missing or unsuitable form.
Complete the whole period requested in your application with accurate start and end dates. Include gaps and explain them honestly—for example, study, unemployment, caring responsibilities, a career break or travel. Give employer details manually if a company cannot be found through a lookup; a company search or CV does not replace a complete, accurate timeline.
Follow the number and types of referees requested for your role. Give accurate names, roles, employer or organisation details, contact information and the relationship to your work. Use verifiable professional details where possible. If you cannot meet a requested requirement, explain the issue to recruitment rather than entering invented information or presenting a personal contact as an employer.
Review the validation messages and complete the required fields with meaningful, accurate answers. Placeholder text, missing dates or inconsistent evidence can require correction. Use Save draft where it is offered and check for a saved confirmation before closing the page; unsaved typing may be lost. Send recruitment the form name and error message if you remain blocked.
The evidence route depends on your circumstances. Recruitment will explain the eligible documents or online check required before work starts. If a share code is appropriate, use the official GOV.UK service. Some people use a different evidence route; do not send your UKVI account password or assume an uploaded document has already been verified.
The required checks depend on the role, duties, setting and UK nation. Recruitment will confirm the appropriate level and any relevant professional-registration checks. DBS, Disclosure Scotland/PVG and AccessNI arrangements are not interchangeable assumptions, and an existing certificate does not automatically clear every role. Read the official overview of criminal-record checks.
No. Training, account registration, an interview or an application does not guarantee work, guaranteed hours or visa sponsorship. Rely on the written offer and the recruitment team’s explicit confirmation for the particular role. Any work must be compatible with verified right-to-work conditions and the agreed assignment.
Get help with assignments, hours and payroll.
Use the account invitation or approved sign-in route provided by Bina. The booking portal is for authorised clients and workers; your role determines what you can see and do. Use your own account and contact the booking team if the invitation, role or assignment appears incorrect.
Check the assignment’s current status and the written confirmation from Bina or the approved portal. A request, expression of interest or unconfirmed offer is not an instruction to attend. Before starting, confirm the location, times, duties, agreed rate or charge, reporting contact and any restrictions.
Use the clocking and timesheet process given for your assignment, recording the actual start, finish and breaks accurately. Check whether breaks are paid or unpaid under that assignment’s agreement. Do not submit scheduled hours as though they were worked when the actual hours were different.
Check that you are using the correct assignment and that the device permissions needed for clocking are enabled. If clocking fails, tell the booking team promptly with your actual arrival or departure time and the error shown. Request an authorised correction; do not falsify your location or work times to get past a check.
Notify the booking team promptly and give the shift reference, actual times, breaks and a short factual explanation. The client or service may need to confirm the hours, and disputed records require review before they are treated as agreed. Keep relevant evidence and follow the correction process rather than creating a second conflicting timesheet.
Contact the booking team and the assignment’s reporting contact as soon as you know there is a problem. Use the agreed telephone and cancellation procedure, especially close to the shift start. Follow the terms applying to that assignment and wait for any replacement or revised arrangements to be confirmed.
Your written employment or engagement terms, assignment information and payroll timetable set out the arrangements that apply to you. Check the stated basic pay, any holiday-pay treatment and applicable deductions or expenses rather than relying on a website example. For a missing payslip or payment query, contact payroll@binapathways.co.uk with the relevant pay period and shift references.
Check that the mileage or expense was agreed and follow the claim process, including dates, journey or shift references and receipts where required. Expenses are assessed against the applicable agreement. Clients should raise invoice or hours discrepancies through the agreed review route, quoting the invoice and booking references; a claimed payment or uploaded receipt still needs the relevant checks.
Choose learning and understand course requirements.
The Academy supports individual learners, staff invited by an organisation, and employer or organisation accounts. Choose the account type that matches how you will access learning. If your employer invited you, use that invitation and the intended email address rather than opening an unrelated organisation account.
Yes. Public course overviews help you review topics, audiences, learning outcomes, lesson outlines and assessment arrangements. Protected lessons and course media require the appropriate sign-in and access. Browsing an overview or registering an account does not by itself purchase a course or unlock paid learning. Browse the catalogue.
Check the course audience, learning outcomes, UK jurisdiction, level of topic coverage and practical limits. Discuss employer, commissioner or professional requirements before buying if you need particular evidence or recognition. Training suitable for one age group, role or UK nation should not automatically be treated as suitable for every setting.
Not CPD approved yet. Course levels describe the intended learning scope unless a specific verified qualification is expressly identified. A course title, standards map or internal review is not proof of external accreditation or recognition. Check the current quality information against your requirements before purchasing.
Courses use written teaching, learning activities, scenarios, knowledge checks and a final assessment, with supporting diagrams, media or downloadable resources where provided. Read the individual overview for its scope and requirements. External media availability can depend on the publisher, permissions and your device.
The published Academy standard is an 85% pass mark and three final-assessment attempts before the stated restart arrangements apply. Complete the required learning activities and read the instructions shown for your course. Contact training@binapathways.co.uk if you believe a question or recorded result needs human review.
Check whether the current lesson has a required activity, checkpoint, knowledge check or media acknowledgement still to complete. Confirm that you are signed in to the correct account and have access to that course. If a completed requirement is not recognised, report the course code, lesson and message shown to the training team.
Use the same Academy account so your saved learning records can be found. Check that a progress or save action has completed before leaving a lesson, especially after entering written responses. If a connection fails or a session expires, sign back in and check your saved position; do not assume unsaved text has been retained.
Check the device volume, mute settings, browser permissions and internet connection, and read any external-media choice shown in the lesson. Use the written teaching and available alternatives. Report the course, lesson, affected media and device to the training team if playback is unavailable, silent or inaccessible; do not treat an incomplete practical demonstration as evidence of competence.
Workbooks support reflection, practice and application of the teaching to appropriate scenarios. Glossaries explain the terminology used in a course. They support your learning but do not replace the required lessons, final assessment, employer induction or any separate practical assessment for the work you undertake.
Manage the right learning for your organisation.
Tell us the number of learners, roles, required topics, timescale and any particular recognition or practical-assessment requirements. Review the current plan or request a written quote confirming course and staff allowances, access duration, support, upgrades and applicable charges before purchasing. Send a training enquiry.
An authorised employer manager invites staff to the organisation workspace. Staff should use the invited email address and check the organisation shown when accepting. If the wrong organisation or role appears, stop and ask the employer manager or training team to correct it before sharing learning information.
Authorised employer managers can manage relevant assigned learning and view the workforce learning records available within their own organisation. That access is scoped to the relevant organisation and learning records; it does not give access to another organisation’s staff or unrelated private purchases. Employers should explain assignment and reporting arrangements to their workers.
No. The purchased plan or written quote states the named staff places, course allowance and access period. Check the current upgrade options before adding more staff or courses. An allowance for future choices does not guarantee a particular unpublished course or extend the original licence expiry.
Where the staff-download control is available, an authorised employer manager can switch staff training-pack downloads on or off for linked staff. A download restriction does not itself alter earned results or remove access to the applicable privacy-request route. Staff who cannot find a download should first check their employer’s setting and then contact the training team.
No. Check the course against the role, setting and applicable jurisdiction, and confirm any external requirements before adoption. Employers remain responsible for suitable induction, supervision, practical competence, professional requirements and authorisation for the work. Theory training is one part of that process, not a guarantee of overall organisational compliance.
Understand downloads, verification and record queries.
An issued certificate records the named learner’s online theory learning and assessment, with the identifying course and result information on that record. It does not establish professional registration, observed practical competence, a regulated qualification or authorisation to perform a clinical procedure.
Sign in to the correct Academy account and look for the training records or download options available to you. Issued records and a verified pack depend on completed requirements and applicable verification and employer download settings. If an option is unavailable, check the message shown and contact your employer manager or the training team.
Use the verification link or scannable code on the issued document. Follow the verification page’s instructions and check that the learner, course and record details match the document. A verification result concerns the recorded learning; it does not replace checks of identity, professional registration, workplace competence or suitability for an assignment.
Verified pack access uses an identity-matching step and an external-verification setting. Where enabled, a verifier must have been given the document and date of birth by the staff member and must provide the requested identification and purpose. Check the explanation and choices shown in your account before sharing; a scannable code is not permission to circulate someone’s information widely.
The verified-record service records submitted verification checks, including the verifier information, purpose, outcome and time requested by that process. Use the verification-history option available in your Academy account to review your records, or contact the training team if you cannot locate it. Unsuccessful identity matching does not grant access to the protected training details.
Contact the training team with your account email, course code and certificate or record reference, explaining the correction needed. Do not edit the issued document yourself. The team needs to check the underlying record so any correction remains traceable and the downloadable and online verification details agree.
Check the dates and status shown on your particular course or record and the requirements of your employer or professional setting. Expiry of access to new learning does not by itself falsify a historical result. A theory completion record and an employer’s practical sign-off are different evidence; ask which renewal or competence checks are required for the work.
Know what you are buying and where to get help.
Check the current course, basket or employer-plan price and the final order summary before paying. Prices and allowances differ by selection, and discounts are not automatically combined. The order should show what is included, the access period and any applicable tax. View Academy pricing or ask the training team for a quote.
Access depends on confirmed payment, the purchased course or plan, and the supply choices recorded with your order. For applicable consumer digital-content purchases, immediate supply needs the relevant express request and acknowledgement; otherwise the purchasing terms describe a delayed start. Account registration or a successful-looking return page alone does not establish paid access.
Check that you are using the purchasing account or the correct employer invitation. Keep the order reference and payment confirmation, then contact training@binapathways.co.uk with the course and problem shown. Ask the team to check the existing order before paying again. Never email full card details, banking passwords or security codes.
The Academy does not offer an additional discretionary change-of-mind refund, but applicable statutory cancellation rights and remedies for faulty, misdescribed or unprovided learning remain available. Consumer digital-content cancellation can depend on whether supply began after the required consent and acknowledgement. Contact the training team with your order reference and read the purchasing and refund terms.
The current Academy purchasing terms describe one-off purchases with no automatic renewal. Your order or written agreement states the access period, expiry and included allowances. Check those details before buying an extension or upgrade; a later staff invitation or course allocation does not automatically restart the original licence period.
Contact the training team promptly with the relevant order references, dates and the amount in question. Explain what appears wrong and keep the payment confirmations. Do not send full financial credentials through an enquiry or email. The team will check the order and applicable correction or refund arrangements.
Get assistance and raise concerns through the right route.
Check that you are using the correct service, account email and, where requested, organisation. Look in your spam or junk folder and use the service’s password-reset option. Never share your password or a private login link. Contact recruitment, bookings or training according to the account involved if the problem continues.
Contact the team that sent the link and include your application, account or booking reference. Ask for the invitation or upload route to be checked or reissued. Do not forward another person’s private link or send identity, health or banking documents through a public contact form as a substitute.
Yes. Tell the relevant team which page, recruitment step or course is causing difficulty, the device or assistive technology involved, and what would help. For Academy learning, email training@binapathways.co.uk; general website requests can go to admin@binapathways.co.uk. Read our accessibility information.
Information is used for the relevant service, such as recruitment, bookings, account security, training or payments. Access depends on the service and authorised role; employer training reporting is limited to relevant organisation learning records. Read the company privacy notice and, for learning accounts, the Academy privacy notice before submitting information.
Use the Academy privacy centre for an Academy request, or contact the relevant team or admin@binapathways.co.uk. Describe the service and information involved. We may need to verify your identity securely; some records may need to be retained for a lawful reason, which should be explained rather than silently altering historical results.
Public enquiries and chat are for initial contact, not confidential care, health, child, patient, identity or financial records. Use the approved personal upload or secure route given for your application or service. Ask the team for the appropriate route if you are unsure what to share or where to send it.
If there is an immediate threat to life or safety, contact the emergency services and follow the setting’s emergency procedure. For assignment safeguarding concerns, follow the setting’s safeguarding process immediately and contact Bina by telephone using the agreed escalation arrangements. Public forms and chat are not urgent safeguarding or emergency reporting routes.
Contact the relevant team with a factual description and any application, shift, order or course reference. For an Academy error, include the course code, lesson and disputed wording; stop relying on safety-critical disputed instructions while obtaining appropriate local professional guidance. Ask for management review if the matter remains unresolved. Screenshots can help with technical problems, but remove unnecessary personal information first.
