How we use your application
BINA PATHWAYS LTD, company number 16667031, is the controller for applications submitted through this careers website. Contact admin@binapathways.co.uk for privacy questions or write to our registered office at Apartment 02, 101 Silvester Street, Liverpool, L5 8AB.
At the initial application stage, we collect your selected vacancy, name, email, phone number, postcode and CV. We use this to assess your application, contact you and administer recruitment. We also retain limited technical and submission information to protect the service from abuse.
We process application information to take steps at your request before entering a contract, to comply with applicable legal obligations, and for legitimate interests in fair, secure recruitment. The acknowledgement on the application form confirms receipt of this notice; it is not blanket consent for all processing.
Recruitment staff and authorised administrators can review your application and CV. Our hosting and email providers process information to deliver the service. We do not publish applicant information on the public website or pass your CV to a client without the relevant recruitment process and privacy information.
Please include only information relevant to the role. Do not upload bank details, identity documents or unnecessary medical information with your CV. If you progress, we will provide further information about role-specific checks and any additional sensitive information needed.
Unsuccessful applications are normally retained for six months after the recruitment decision, unless a legal hold or another documented lawful need applies. Successful applications move into the staff recruitment record and follow the relevant worker retention schedule. We do not automatically add unsuccessful candidates to a talent pool.
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact us to exercise your rights. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
We use essential security and application functionality. This release does not add advertising or analytics tracking cookies.
When you chat with Bina
We use the contact details and messages you provide to respond to your enquiry, arrange staffing support and keep a record of follow-up. Signed-in shift support links your conversation to the relevant booking. Your conversation is available to you and authorised Bina management. Please do not include confidential care records, bank details or passwords. You can contact booking@binapathways.co.uk about your support information or to request help accessing a previous conversation.
