BINA PATHWAYS

Staffing for your organisation

A clear route from your staffing requirement to an agreed assignment, with questions answered before work begins.

Start with your setting

Tell us your location, role, dates, shift times, number of workers and the experience needed. Include relevant communication, SEND, care or clinical requirements without sharing identifiable care records.

Support across the UK

Bina Pathways welcomes staffing enquiries from organisations across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Availability is checked for each location, role and assignment. An enquiry is not a guarantee of cover; nursing and medical duties require role-specific professional and clinical checks.

How a booking takes shape

  1. Discuss the requirement. Explain the setting, duties, required experience, induction and any practical competencies.
  2. Review the proposal. Confirm available cover, rates, chargeable hours, paid or unpaid breaks, applicable supplements and the service terms.
  3. Check suitability before the start. Agree the worker, relevant clearance evidence, restrictions, identity-on-arrival arrangements and the person responsible for local induction.
  4. Confirm the assignment. Agree the shift, reporting arrangements, cancellation terms and escalation contacts in writing.
  5. Review hours and invoices. Approved clients use the booking portal for shift requests and hours review. Raise a discrepancy for review before it is treated as agreed.

Recruitment assurance

Our recruitment process includes review of identity, right to work, experience, references, training and the setting-specific checks relevant to the role. Before accepting a placement, ask for the applicable clearance summary and confirmation of any professional registration, criminal-record or barred-list checks required for that assignment. Individual workers’ private documents should be shared only through an agreed secure route.

Schools and education settings

Discuss the teaching-assistant role, SEND experience, supervision, safeguarding reporting route and induction with us. Before the placement, agree the written notification of agency checks required for the role and the school’s identity check on arrival. The school’s own safeguarding and induction responsibilities continue throughout the assignment.

For a safeguarding concern during an assignment, follow the setting’s safeguarding procedure immediately and contact Bina directly by telephone. Do not rely on a public enquiry or chat for urgent concerns. Ask for the named Bina safeguarding contact and escalation arrangements before the placement begins.

Councils, NHS organisations and procurement teams

Tell us your supplier-onboarding requirements and procurement route. Request the relevant insurance evidence, policies, data-handling arrangements, continuity information and role-specific recruitment evidence for your assessment. Framework membership, approved-supplier status or clinical approval must be verified separately; this website does not establish procurement eligibility.

Agree the commercial details

Ask for a written quote covering the hourly charge, any minimum booking, enhancements, mileage or expenses, break treatment, cancellation terms, payment terms and any applicable taxes. Confirm how absence, replacement requests and complaints will be handled. Coverage, operating hours and response arrangements should be agreed for your service.

Get the details together before you enquire.

The staffing form collects the role, setting, number of workers, dates, times and relevant experience. You can review the details before sending.
