Work through four to ten focused videos with narrated explanations and realistic care scenarios.
Bina Pathways Academy is being developed for care and support workers and the organisations that employ them. Every course combines short narrated learning, care-based scenarios, guided practice and an automatically marked assessment.
40 courses mapped · 12 playable courses · 28 courses in media production. CPD accreditation has not yet been awarded.
Our courses are written in plain English and built around the decisions care workers make every day. Scenario-led questions help learners connect knowledge with safer, respectful practice.
The learning and assessment materials are original and created for Bina Pathways. We do not rely on third-party course packs, copied text or stock training materials that require reuse permission.
Progress is automatic, wrong answers are flagged immediately and each stage must be completed in order.
Work through four to ten focused videos with narrated explanations and realistic care scenarios.
Complete a knowledge check after every video. A correct answer unlocks the next lesson, but practice does not affect the final score.
Answer 10, 12 or 15 random questions according to the course scope and achieve at least 80%. After three failed attempts, the course restarts before three new attempts are available.
Leave course feedback and receive an automatic completion certificate after meeting every requirement.
The curriculum now covers 40 subjects. Twelve courses are now playable while the remaining 28 are mapped and awaiting their full lesson media, question banks and quality assurance.

The Academy is being designed so organisations can provide structured learning without manually marking every attempt. Learner progress, assessment rules, feedback and certificates remain within the secure Academy environment rather than the public website.
The exact question is not repeated in the immediately following attempt where the bank allows. A topic may return in a different format. If the available bank is eventually exhausted, earlier questions may be reused rather than producing unchecked assessment content during a live attempt.
A course certificate records successful completion of the online learning and assessment. Awareness courses do not by themselves prove workplace competence, replace employer supervision or authorise a learner to perform practical tasks.
The curriculum is designed with reference to role-relevant CQC expectations, the Care Certificate 2025 and Skills for Care guidance. CQC does not approve individual online courses. These certificates are not Ofqual-regulated qualifications, and CPD accreditation has not yet been awarded.
Where a subject requires demonstrated practice—such as moving and handling, basic life support or medication administration—the employer must complete and record workplace observation and competency assessment.
