We want people to be able to read, navigate and use Bina Pathways with the support that suits them.

Support available
- Keyboard-accessible links and form controls, visible focus indicators and a skip-to-content link on the main website.
- Responsive page layouts and browser zoom.
- Written teaching and explanations alongside diagrams in the Academy.
- Adjustable lesson text size, previous/next lesson navigation and account-based progress saving.
- Learner-controlled narration where supported by the device and browser; it never starts automatically.
Known limitations
We have not completed a full independent accessibility audit and do not claim full WCAG conformance. Comprehensive screen-reader, keyboard, real-device mobile and medical-pronunciation testing remains outstanding. Browser narration can be unavailable. Third-party resources can have caption, transcript, playback or accessibility limitations. The written teaching remains available.
Word downloads and third-party resources may behave differently from the website. Contact us if a format, control or learning activity prevents you from taking part.

Reporting a problem
We will use the information you provide to investigate the barrier and discuss a suitable way to access the information or learning. If an issue remains unresolved, ask for it to be reviewed by Bina management through the same contact route.
