Using this website

You may browse our service information and course overviews without opening an account. Please use the website lawfully, keep account details private and provide accurate information. Do not submit other people’s confidential care, medical, identity or financial records through public enquiries or chat.

Enquiries and confirmed services

A website enquiry, account registration or request for a worker is not confirmation of an assignment. Availability, duties, suitability, rates and the applicable service terms must be agreed before a booking is confirmed. Staffing contracts and assignment confirmations set out the arrangements for that service.

Training access and charges

Course overviews describe the learning. Registering an account does not, by itself, confirm a paid subscription or an employer licence. Before buying training, obtain written confirmation of the price, included courses, learner allowance, access period, support and any renewal, cancellation or refund arrangements. Do not assume that an account includes unlimited access or automatic renewal.

Learning and certificates

Course requirements include ordered learning activities, knowledge checks, a final assessment and feedback. The current assessment pass mark is 85%, with three attempts before the course restart arrangements apply. A theory completion certificate records online learning and assessment; it does not establish practical competence or authorise a clinical procedure.

Course titles referring to levels describe the intended learning scope. They do not, by themselves, represent a regulated qualification. Read our training quality and review information before selecting learning for a professional or organisational requirement.

Accounts and employer workspaces

Use your own account. Organisation invitations and employer access must relate to the correct organisation. Authorised employer administrators can manage assigned learning and see relevant workforce learning records. Tell us promptly if access has been given to the wrong organisation or a record is inaccurate.

Content and external resources

Bina Pathways teaching materials are provided for the learning access or licence agreed with you. Please contact us before republishing or reselling them. Linked third-party material remains subject to its publisher’s conditions. External pages may change or become unavailable.
